We sell across the globe and we provide a first come first serve policy. Due to the popularity of our footwear we cannot, therefore, guarantee that we'll have your size left in stock when it comes to sale time. Sizes can be exchanged according to our stock. If we do not have the desired size you will receive a refund. We do not currently produce half sizes so we offer a telephone-sales service to ensure our customers have advice regarding the fit of individual styles before purchase.

All sales through the site are done via email and/or telephone contact, after security confirmation has been given. Shipping costs are not included on the prices given on the site. Delivery costs are extra and will vary from country to country depending on taxes, duties and delivery service selection (e.g. express or standard). Rough delivery outline
It is our intention to deliver your goods as quickly as we can. All packages are insured as they are sent via a 'signed-for' courier.

UK orders - within 2 business days
European & World Wide orders - within 3-5 business days

UK £15 | Europe & Rest of the World £30+ (depending on your address, please enquire for individual shipment costs).

All prices are inclusive of any payable value tax in the UK. Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Returns or Exchange
Online terms and conditions match those of the Boutique. Returns or exchange of goods must be within 14 days of purchase with valid reasoning. If you are not happy with our goods or need to exchange an item for a different size, and the item is unworn and in re-saleable condition, you may cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your item. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the cancellation date and we will make refunds to you within 30 days of the cancellation date. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding any postage costs; we are unable to cover these.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We like to provide customers with advice on purchase to aid consumer satisfaction and provide the best one to one service we can. We therefore offer a telephone sales service to address each individual customer's needs and provide a happy online shopping experience.

In-store advantages
If you pay over £80 in either the Notting Hill boutique or Ledbury Road concession, then we will pay your congestion charge. We also offer a 15% discount to members of the press.
