UK:

We offer free collection in-store on all orders.

Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked24. Weekday deliveries often take 1–2 days to arrive.

Express delivery is also available, choose DPD Next Day at checkout.

Rest of World:

We offer international delivery, which is calculated at checkout depending on the country we're sending to.

Returns:  

We encourage our customers to think carefully and to try not to return items. Goods purchased in store and online can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt, unworn and in perfect condition. Sale items are sold as seen and cannot be refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Any orders returned will incur a £3 fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund when we process your return.

We pay transaction fees for the purchase and return of items. While we will continue to cover the majority of this fee, and the cost of handling and repackaging, your £3 will help us to maintain the quality and craftsmanship you expect from The Jacksons.
