The Jacksons bags are established worldwide as the original jute macrame bags, authentically made by hand. Having spent over 15 years refining and pushing the boundaries of this traditional bag making technique, the brand's unique placement of words and characters are instantly recognisable.
Our bags are crafted from natural jute that grows in abundance as a weed on marginalised land in Bangladesh. Known locally as the ‘golden fibre,’ jute has a low environmental impact, with no need for water and absorbing a large amount of carbon dioxide while growing.
