I WANT TO CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER, HOW DO I DO THIS?
Please call as straight away and we will endeavour to change your order for you. We try to post very item as quickly as possible so in some cases we may have sent the item, in that case we will ask you to re-order and return the other item once it's reached you.
I'M BUYING SOMETHING AS A GIFT, COULD YOU WRAP IT FOR ME?
Please email hello@thejacksons.co.uk with your order number, request and personal message if you would like.
I AM INTERESTED IN SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU GET MORE
Our jute bags can sell out but we sometimes pre-order more of certain styles. 
If you would really like a certain bag, please email us and we can order for an additional fee. 
Make sure to sign up to our newsletter to find out when new stock does arrive.
CUSTOM BAGS
Please email us if you would like a very special bag where you can choose your word for a customised order. Please contact us for a quote.

Use slightly damp brush or cloth to remove dirt

Colour may bleed when wet therefore please take care when in contact with 

any liquid. If your bag does come into contact with any liquid, please lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. 

As this is a natural product and natural dyes the colour may fade when in direct sunlight for long periods over time.  

 

B A G    W A R R A N T Y   P O L I C Y   

 We are able to mend your bags with a 1 year warranty.  Please provide proof of purchase or details where it was purchased. This is only for repairs which have not been tampered with. We shall be able to examine this.

If your bag was purchased outside this time, we can offer a service to repair your bags for a fee.
