RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are a small business with an aim to reduce the environmental impact of shopping.
The products we sell have been made with eco-friendly materials, and we endeavour to hold our high standard of environmental consideration from creation to use. We encourage our customers to think carefully and to try not to return items.
Goods purchased in store and online can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt, unworn and in perfect condition. Sale items are sold as seen and cannot be refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
From 20th November 2025, a £3 returns fee will apply to all orders. This means that any orders returned on or after this date will incur the fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund when we process your return.
Why We're Making This Change
We are charged transaction fees for the purchase and return of items.
While we will continue to cover the majority of this fee, and the cost of handling and repackaging, your £3 contribution will help us to maintain the quality and craftsmanship you expect from The Jacksons. Thank you for your continued support in making considered choices.
HOW TO RETURN
When returning in store, please bring the card and order number with you, and we will process your refund.
When retuning by post, please carefully package all items, including the order number and reason for return. Please email hello@thejacksons.co.uk with these details, and we will process your refund when we recieve the items. Please note, in-store purchases cannot be returned via post.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items.

Do we deliver internationally?
Yes! Prices vary depending on the country we ship to, so these charges are included in the delivery cost.
Delivery times:
Please keep in mind that delivery times are an estimate, and it depends on the customs process in each country. During busier times, it can take longer.
Please make sure to check your emails for any notifications for import duties (excluding UK).
EU import duties:
Cost of import duties and VAT will be included in the shipping costs to Europe.
Can I have my order shipped with an express service?
Yes, please call us at +44 (0) 207 792 8336 to arrange this if the order is urgent. Additional charges will apply as this is a costly way to ship.
Privacy Policy
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser).
